USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY AS A LEARNING MEDIA

When this computer is no longer a luxury, this tool has been used in various fields of work as well as in the field of education. Excerpt from Lesson Curriculum for Information and Communication Technology· Vision subjects ICT is used for students to and use of ICT tools appropriately and optimally to obtain and process information in learning activities, work, and other activities so that students are able to create, develop imaginative attitude, develop exploratory skills independent, and easily adapt to new developments in environmental subjects · Through Information and Communication Technology students are expected to engage in rapid changes in the lives of the additions and changes experienced in the use of diverse information and communication technology products.Students use ICT tools to search, explore, analyze, and exchange information efficiently and effectively. By using Information and Communications Technology, students will bequickly get ideas and experience from various backgrounds. The addition of the ability of students due to the use of Information Communication Technology will develop an attitude of initiative and independent learning skills, so studentsand consider themselves to decide when and where the use of ICT appropriately and optimally, including the implications of the present and the future.
· Information and Communication Technology (ICT) includes two aspects, namely Information and Communications Technology. Information Technology, covering all matters relating to process, use as a tool, manipulation, and management information. Communication technology is everything related to the use of assistive devices to process and transfer data from one device to another. Because of this, Information Technology and Communication Technology is an integral counterpart containing the broader sense of all activities associated with the processing, manipulation, management, and transfer / transfer of information between media.· In particular, the purpose of studying Information and Communication Technology are:A. By viewing the contents of the curriculum, we need to integrate ICT in teaching and learning at the school not only for the subjects of technology and information only. Looking at the current condition of ICT and its development in the future, we must prepare ourselves and do careful planning in implementing ICT in the madrasa. If we do not start now then the madrasas as a school other than education institution under the Ministry of Education will be missed by other schools. If this happens, our efforts will be increasingly hard to align with other schools madrassas. On the one hand, we're trying to catch up in subjects particularly Mathematics and BahasaInggris, on the other hand, ICT will make us further and further behind. Developing a program to observe ICT Ministry made use of ICT to catch up in school from another country, when iniDepdiknas have ia ICT development program.There are three important positions in the Ministry of Education in ICT development program, namely:A.
